SITE MANAGER

·         Bachelor degree in civil engineering, architecture or mechanical engineering

·         Good command of English, both written and spoken

·         At least 5 years of experience in façade cladding and good knowledge of mechanical installation methods

·         Site experience in architectural and structural precast is an asset

·         Competent in planning, preparing progress payment claims and budget control

·         Ready to take responsibility, result oriented and excellent interpersonal communication skills

·         Sensitive in safety and aware of safety regulations

·         Able to implement quality checks and technical controls

·         Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, aware of 3D applications

·         No restriction for travelling domestic and abroad

·         Military service should be completed for male candidates

·         Driving licence class B and active driver
