Join our Team
Assistant Engineering Manager works directly and actively support the role of the Director of Engineering. To handle the purchasing of equipments, machine spare parts, tools, chemicals, and store stock, and make sure that the job is completed on the Hotel. To ensure that all hotel facilities are kept in the best possible condition
Responsible for keeping the hotel facilities in optimum operating condition, by Performing Preventative Maintenance and Repairs Maintenance on hotel power plant machinery (including heat, power, air conditioning and refrigeration). The Assistant engineering Manager follows hotel and corporate policies and guidelines, and the hotel’s business plan.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess
- Strong people interaction skills, warm and welcoming to hotel guests, patrons and all hotel employees,
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English, clear and polite conversational skills in Turkish, second language is preferred.
- Strong Supervisory and managerial skills,
- Strong Leadership and customer service skills,
- Strong computer skills necessary including MS Office, and Lotus Notes
- Good knowledge of emergency procedures to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees.
- Professional, service oriented, eager to help co workers, adoptable with changes
- Good understanding of all hotel departments and operations
- High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the hotel
- High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Hospitality Industry or Hotel operations or
