Escalation management (major incidents)

Enabling and improving people, process and technology to deliver an optimal IT support service to the business

Creation and enforcement of standards for voice and data networking

Service reviews, KPI, management information reporting

Co-ordination of global tower tickets handoffs with other Timezone Tower Leads

Ensure escalations from service management Towers are dealt with promptly

Respond and address audit issues
- Provide regular internal reviews on key performance and management information reporting

Educational and professional requirements

Education level : Degree advantageous

Relevant experience : 10+ years (hands-on)

Professional certifications / qualifications : ITIL certified, Certification in Cisco Enterprise Network Technology advantageous

Technical skills : ITSM tooling, Cisco / Juniper / Checkpoint knowledge

Non-technical skills : Communication, team-work, problem-solving, analytical, flexible, adaptable, organised, manage under pressure

Language : English, and predominant timezone languages
