Georges Hotel Receptionist is a member of a well established Front Office Team whose main objective is to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and perfect standards of customer service for one of the best luxury hospitaly brands in Istanbul.
Our focus is on excellent communication with our guests and within our team, a welcoming, well-groomed professional and personal attitude and a good eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have perfect conversational skills, is able to express her/himself clearly in both written and spoken word, has familiarity with luxury hotel industry. Additional training will be provided if and where necessary.

You are part of hotel management team; your responsibilities are focused on optimizing the room sales of the hotel via the use of OTA’s, conventional travel agencies both local and international, corporate and private accounts.
Opera PMS, OTA extranets, Google Office Apps are your main tools.
