Our Company is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and positive Liasion Office Administrator / Co-Ordinator who has experience in office duties, with an eye for detail and a positive attitude. This role includes but is not limited to:

- Representation the company in a foreign country

- Administration and general office duties

- Co-Ordinating and set up company's activities in the country

- Assisting our management and technical team within all aspects

Candidates ideally will have experience in a similar role, good time management skills and a proactive approach to daily duties, especially good communication skills with government officials.

Your application will be assessed against the following criteria:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English languages

- Ability to represent the company

- Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail

- Ability to make decisions meeting business requirements

- Positive personality and adaptability to changing and competing work requirements

- Experience negotiating and liaising with external parties

- Experience in compiling standard works, standard operating procedures and/or work instructions

- Experience in a similar role, either office or administration management

- Experience in MS Office

- High level of achievement drive

This role is based in Iraq and Gulf Countries.
