Our After Sales Department is ready to serve you with Title Deed issues, renting your apartments, following up your maintenance fees and tax payments and all consultancy with Arabic speaking and English speaking advisors.

To perform this job successfully, the Digital Marketing and Sales Executive must be able to perform each of the following essential duties:

 

Social Media

• Oversee social and digital communications presence, which includes internet and social media outlets.
• Leverage social media, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to help generate sales.
• Support the update and maintenance of the corporate social media forums, including posts, social listings and follow-up.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of digital/social media efforts/presence using various analytical tools and platforms.

 

Internet Listing Services

• Conduct online research to find new digital advertising channels.
• Support development and execute online strategy; create and edit content.
• Build, manage & optimize digital ad campaigns.
• Provide detailed marketing cost reports.
• Report on marketing metrics and data interpretation.
• Analyze the cost per call, traffic and application for all advertising sources.

 

Company Websites, Print Advertising, Signs and General

• Support the update and maintenance of the corporate websites approving content uploads, news features and appearance of property pages and relevant sub-pages.
• Develop copy and content for online and print e.g. website, blogs, Craigslist, video, etc. Write engaging content to help tell our story and attract the right customers at the right time.
• Maintain compelling signage and property brochures.
• Drive monthly resident referral campaigns.
• Complete tracking for all prospects about why they didn’t rent and where they rented.
• Uphold our Core Values in the marketing process.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to supervisors as needed.
• Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities.
• Execute marketing and event plans on site at our properties and off – often requiring evening and weekend assignments.
• Upload listing information into the Multiple Listing Service.
• Promote listings on Social Media and Real Estate websites.
• Act as a liaison between company and brokers to coordinate traffic and rentals.
• Oversee reputation management on all review sites.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position.

• English or Arabic Speaking is a must, Turkish speaking is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in , Computer science,communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of related digital communications experience (social media, website, online communication design/development, copywriting).
• Highly proficient in social media outlets such as, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
• Proficient in SEO and HTML, including solid knowledge of WordPress or similar digital content development and management platforms.
• Solid experience with using traditional/social media monitoring tools.
• Highly proficient in MS Office tools.
• Possess good judgement and ability to work with a variety of people and groups in a collaborative and constructive manner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, well-organized, with excellent eye for details.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
• Highly creative and imaginative.
