The scope of this position is responsible for maintain a positive intereaction with our guests in a friendly, hospitable and caring manner according to the Hapimag Resorts & Residences procedures and standards. At all times, displays a professional and positive image of the property and plays a crucial role in the entertaining of our guests.
- Excellent written and oral Italian language skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a five star international chain hotel.
- Good team player and has well developed organizational skills.
- Able to maintain strong relationships with guests and team members.
- Guest satisfaction oriented and able to solve problems with pro-active approach.
- Candidates with dual citizenship Turkish & Italian are preferred.
