Marketing Specialist

• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in a FMCG, food or retail company
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant discipline
• Good teamplayer, hard-working, result-oriented personality
• Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality with high energy
• Fluency in English and well command of MS Office applications

• Assists and implements marketing plans
• Analyses sales reports, market dynamics and develops marketing plans, campaigns, promotions & activities accordingly
• Plans field promo team activities inline with budget, execution
• Coordinates BTL campaigns with agencies and organizes the workflow from the agencies to the field
• Coordinates agencies to ensure integrated marketing approach
• Executes marketing activities by working cross functionally with cross functions
• Works align with operation teams for enhancing the productivity
• Follows the marketing budget 

The marketing specialist will be the part of the fast growing biggest restaurant chain with domestic capital in Turkey

The marketing team has a small & flexible structure and will instruct and improve the candidate

Candidate will have brand positioning experience and will support the company by being responsible for creation of all BTL marketing plans&campaigns and application on the field
