- Managing and coordinating activities concerning company Human Resources processes as well as improving these processes according to Turkish labour law, SGK law, labour job security, unemployment insurance laws and Health and Safety requirements.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Payroll preparation.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Organize and implement trainings for employees.
- Managing performance evaluation system.
- Preparing Human Resources related reports.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or human resources management.
- At least 5 years working experiences in human resources area, specialize in recruitment & training, C&B, and other HR modules.
- Broad knowledge of Turkish labor law.
- Good level in English. (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Analytic, solution and result oriented.
