Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
• Develop innovative solutions.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Collect, record, and transcribe data.
• Show results in reports.
• Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process.
• Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
• Advise on corrective actions.
• Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• Finished Military service.
• Good report and computer skills.
• Skilled with MS Office.
• Good level of spoken and written in English.
• Must have good logical skills and should be detail-oriented.
• Good communication skill and be optimistic.
• Good report and computer skills.
• Must have Process Engineer or Mechanical Engineer working experience at least 2 years.
