We are looking for candidates for HEAD OF IT who will work in a multinational evironment and have following responsibilities:  

• Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products / services / processes, frequently operating at the
leading edge of technology
• Lead and coach the team and ensure the best talents are hired, motivated and developed
• Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products / services / processes
• Understand business requirements and assess its viabilities in the textile world
• Determine the gaps between existing systems and available technologies and define workable solutions to bridge the gaps
• Lead in designing and implementing solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, performance
and cost effectiveness
• Lead the organisation in exploiting technology to drive organisational change and support business process optimisation
• Manage external service providers according to ethical standards and best industry practices
• Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licences, development and support

International experience and bachelors degree is a must. 

Essential requirements
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT; minimum 3 years at senior management level 
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Coaching and leadership skills
• Solid problem resolution and decision making skills
• Strategic, creative and forward thinker
• Experience in developing and implementing ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field

Preferred requirements
• Expertise on Oracle platform, including Oracle E business Suite
• Previous international experience
