Mali İşler Müdürü

Danışmanlığını yürütmekte olduğumuz  uluslararası alanda faaliyet gösteren Müşteri Firmamız adına "Mali ve İdari İşler Müdürü" arayışımız bulunmaktadır. 

• Prepare monthly accounts (P&L and balance sheet) based on local GAAP and USGAAP and Preparation of annual statutory Accounts based on local GAAP & USGAAP
• Preparation of Tax computations (VAT and corporation Tax)
• Supervise Payroll figures
• Manage insurances
• Annual Budgeting and Develop the forecasting Schedules (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow)
• Review and ensure efficient functioning of administrative and financial processes and maintain adequate internal controls.
• Develop and maintain personnel and operational manuals, financial and accounting procedures for the company
• Oversee recruitment of local hire Administration and Finance personnel
• Monitoring Finance and Administration employee performance reviews, monitoring local salary levels, working conditions and benefits and providing guidance to General Manager
• Preparing, managing and controlling;
• Cash flow statements,
• Account receivables 
• Budget studies, (Cost, revenues, productions inputs etc…)
• Financial based on IFRS methods,
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends 
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities
• Monitoring Finance and Administration employee performance reviews, monitoring local salary levels, working conditions and benefits and providing guidance to General Manager,
• Knowledge of Hyperion, Acumen with major Accounting Systems

• Strong Communication skills, fluent in English,
• Good analytical mind, good at financial analysis,
• Experience in Cost Accounting, manufacturing environment,
• Experience working with U.S. Company (Headquarters in U.S.)
• Experience with pricing, supportive of Revenue Support
