We are looking for a Bartender who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.
To prepare and serve beverages and provide all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept, brand promise and Hyatt International standards.
Diploma/ Certificate in Hospitality Management specialising in Food and Beverage or Tourism Management desirable
Communication and Guest Relations Skills
Customer service and Food and Beverage service skills
Knowledge of wine, cocktails and other beverage items
Minimum 2 years work experience as waiter/ waitress in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
Prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry desirable
