We are looking for a Stewarding Manager who is dynamic, creative, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative and has strong problem-solving skills.
To manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organised and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.
At least two years experience in a similar position with an international hotel chain preferably in an opening hotel
Able to communicate with all levels of employees
Good command of written and spoken English
No military obligation for male candidates
