INCO Engineering & Civil Cont. Co. was founded in the year 1952 by Mr. Affan Balaban, a Diploma Structural Eng. educated in Germany, he acted as a Consultant Eng. for the Construction of Hilton International Hotel of Istanbul during 1956-1958. Mr. Balaban was a teaching staff in Yildiz Technical University / Istanbul and had his design office "INCO" working as a professional. During the years of 1952-1977 INCO realized construction of more than 60 (Sixty) industrial projects acting as designer and Consultant.
From the year 1977 onward INCO has entered into field of Industrial Construction as a general contractor undertaking both Civil and Electromechanical Contracts. In this second phase, the torch was handed over to Mr. Abdo Karadag, who has continued expand the activities of INCO.
INCO's first contract abroad was construction and erection of a 400tons/day extraction Vegetable Oil Plant with Extraction DE SMET N.V. of Belgium in the year 1977 in Baiji/Iraq.Since then, INCO Engineering & Civil Cont. Co. LLC has been operating in association with distinguished suppliers of Industrial process plant such as Ballestra SpA, Mazzoni of Italy. It is a leading contracting Co. in the field of construction and erection of Industrial process plants and petrochemical plants. Sphere of influence has been extended to most of the Middle East, Africa and Central Asian Countries.
In Sultanate of Oman, since 1995 several projects have been undertaken and successfully commissioned such as: Al Ahlia Detergent Plant, Al Intaj Sulphochemical Plant, OCI Zeolite Plant, GRP Composite Pipe Plant, Keemya Oman Fatty Acid Plant, Dhofar 100 T/day Vegetable Oil Refinery.... etc. INCO has also successfully commissioned plant for multinational companies like Proctor and Gamble, M/s Henkel Projects, in Saudi Arabia and Syria. The most stringent quality standards were used for the projects.
INCO with is expert design Engineering Team is capable of coping with most challenging projects with is vast resources of Equipment & Machinery. Its workshop, established on a plot of 20,000m2 in Sohar Industrial Estate, is capable of manufacturing all sorts of industrial Equipment, Vessels, Tanks and Multistoried Steel Structure Buildings. All executions are conducted in compliance with quality Control plan, safety rules, established procedures and with qualified personnel.
In Turkey, having established his production facilities in the middle of 2000's, INCO Endustri Insaati Muhendislik ve Muteahhitlik Ltd. Sti. added manufacturing of inlet and exhaust plenum systems for gas turbines, process vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks and general steel construction to his field of activities in Industrial Power Plant and Petrochemical Plant manufacturing/erection projects . These products, perfectly conforming to most stringent requirements of customers like Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Braden Manufacturing LLC are accomplished on time and with of highest quality. INCO's main facilities are located at Gebze/Kocaeli, with a total roofed area 4000m² and unroofed 3700m² for production and a 500m² building for administration purposes. Facilities are powered by separate 400kVA and 250 kVA power systems and various gantry and overhead cranes.
Third party inspection by agencies like M/s Bureau Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd ensure that end product comply with project specifications and international standards and trouble free operation - of your future plant.
