JOB DESCRIPTION

• Export operations - specific territory (shipments by land, air and sea) both by documentations and company records for internal affairs,
• Preparing proforma invoices & order confirmations and all other necessary documents,
• Support regulatory compliance to country customs regulations when exporting & carry out processes for overseas sales, Pursuing the L/C documents from opening to closing. In addition, preparing the export documents according to L/C and transmitting to responsible bank,
• Evaluation of the detailed export reports monthly & annually and reporting to the Regional Export Sales Managers,
• Customer representative (implementing all needs of the present customers) preparing and giving orders to the responsible section in the company to complete export properly),
• Following up orders from production and import department. Responsible from completing orders and preparing them for the shipments.

• University graduate from a reputable university,
• Knowledge in English is a must (especially reading and writing ),
• Maximum 5 years of experience in similar position preferably,
• Proficiency in B2B, CRM, Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and preferably LOGO Applications,
• Have knowledge about Turkish custom regulations and Foreign Exchange Legislation,
• Knowledge and preferably experience in operational logistics, export operations and/or customs expertise,
• Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures,
• Ability to energize, develop and build report at all levels within the organization,
• Analytical Minded, Innovative, Result Oriented and Good at Team Work,
• Customer oriented minds with good negotiation and persuasion skills,
• This position is office based in Hadımköy Istanbul, so ideally the candidate will live within commuting distance and/or willing to relocate. (Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Bahçeşehir, Hadımköy etc.),
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
