Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for preparing staff schedules and daily follow up, reports all situations and improvements to the upper management about all restaurant and bar staff under his/her responsibility. Trains, controls staff, participates necessary meetings, organize staff for all dining periods, takes responsibility of equipment and works directly and actively support the role of the Director of Food and Beverage and F&B Managers.

Applicants are preferably 2-3 years of experienced in hotel Food and Beverage operations and preferably University Degree.

Required Skills

Ideal Candidate
  • Ensure to arrive on schedule following payroll & uniform procedures.
  • Coordinate and organize the banquet staff on daily procedures for smooth operation.
  • Ensure the proper training of the new staff and teaching the department standards to the new staff.
  • Constantly monitor the staff's appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism to insure their strict adherence to Four Seasons' standards of quality service.
  • Ensure proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipment through proper supervision of service personnel.
  • Attend regular catering meetings to obtain information of the upcoming contracted functions.
  • Organize and orchestrate any last minute changes or details to functions.
  • Post all contracted function sheets and gives instructions to staff to insure the success of the function.
  • Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of banquet service.Apply the Core and Service Culture Standards.Attend and participate in all required meetings on a regular basis.
  • Take an active role in implementing safety procedures and following up within the department.
  • Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • Work in harmony and positive attitude with co-workers and managers within the hotel.
