The Beach Guest Relations Supervisor meets and farewells hotel guests at the Beach area and is responsible for the communication with all guests providing highest quality service standards.
Main Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for welcoming and assisting the guests at the beach.
- Responsible for providing overall information about the beach and the services provided such as silent beach, restaurant information, kids club and kids activities, water sports, club car transportation and other special activities.
- Responsible for smooth handling of guest access to the beach including hotel guests, residence owners, outside guests, and yacht owners etc.
- Responsible for welcoming and following up VIP guests.
- Responsible for providing reservations assistance (spa and/or restaurant) to the guests at the beach.
- Responsible for assuring the smooth cooperation of all guest services at the beach across all departments.
- Responsible for coordinating the distribution of free amenity services provided by beach boys such as water sprays, ice creams and etc.
- Should be visible at all times to handle any further guest requests or complaints at all times.
- Responsible for coordinating the daily guest comments received during the day and following up and coordinating the actions taken.
- Responsible for reporting the daily beach check list.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Preferably University graduate or student, with a specialization in Tourism and Hotel Management
- Previous experience in hospitality or service industry
- Proficiency in Turkish and English.
- Additional language skills is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Flexibility in working in AM and afternoon shifts.
