Project Management

Defining new products and processes and creating business partnering for fast and effective
IT structuring in terms of innovative applications in accordance with the vision and strategies of ALJ Finans.
Project Management
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects in accordance with scope, time and budget.
- Assisting the definition of project scope and objectives at the same time ensuring technical feasibility.
- Acting as the main responsible for the project in which it is involved; playing an active role in the analysis test and end user test stages by creating the necessary technical and analysis documentation.
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and report project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Acting proactively in case of any delay, taking necessary precautions and activating the manager and the project team.
- Creating project proposals for projects to be worked with external suppliers, determining product / company evaluation criteria, ensuring the management of the selected supplier throughout the project.
- Change Requests and adhoc Tasks
- Gathering business requirements and translating requirements into appropriate technical specifications.
- Tracking the requests and adhoc problems till they’re solved and give feed back to the relevant business units.

Aranan Nitelikler
- Main Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BA, MIS or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years of related IT experience, preferably in finance sector
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Proven working experience in project management
- Experience and ambition to work in digital transformation and/or analytical transformation projects
- No military service restriction for male candidates
- Preferred Qualifications
- IT vendor management experience is a plus
- Experience in planning, directing and coordinating activities to manage and implement projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage is a plus
