Job Information:
Role:WNS-Denali is seeking to expand our Center of Excellence Team through the addition of a Business Communications Analyst role.
The Business Communications Analyst is a member of the WNS-Denali Global Center of Excellence Team, which is a critical part of WNS-Denali’s Global organization.
This role will support internal content and knowledge initiatives with various Global stakeholders, including members from Client Services, Sales and Solutions, and Support functions.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, diligent, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities / Job Duties:
- Develop and share messages to boost awareness of the Center of Excellence and knowledge that is available
- Use communication, collaboration and information management technologies effectively to navigate the information and knowledge environment
- Encourage employees to share knowledge, ensuring they are aware of the knowledge management resources available to support their work, are appropriately trained and are using the systems efficiently and productively
- Oversee and promote Community Hubs, including but not limited to, engage Hub members, guide discussions, connect Global Team members, facilitate knowledge transfer, and Hub advocate
- Draft content needed for the various repositories
- Ensure that the maximum amount of useful information is extracted from the teams through use of reporting tools, and act as a single point of contact for all document requests? Help users (internal and external) locate content and resolve issues: monitor feedback mechanisms and route requests appropriately for resolution. Actively reach out to team members who might have desired content
- Work with stakeholders to obtain content and knowledge to curate collateral
- Recognize and highlight key contributors for content and knowledge sharing
- Any other tasks / activities assigned by Reporting Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of Procurement
- Strong communication, social, and writing skills
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels in a clear, effective manner.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related and at least 5 years of experience
- 5 years of work experience in Sourcing / Procurement or Knowledge Management.
- Excellent commend of English, additional languages will be preferred.
- The ideal candidate has experience in Client Services
- Superior knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI and related software applications
- Ability to document, prepare, and present data-driven presentations
- Leadership, Attention to Detail, Communication, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Project Planning & Execution are preferred
