For our further expansion we are looking for an experienced business developer in Istanbul.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who likes to take appointments and listen carefully to our client´s needs, converting them into "win win" opportunities for all stakeholders involved.
The sales and business development specialist in our house is:
-Setting appointments with existing and potential clients
-Developing fruitful relationships in each sector of our expertise
-Presenting all services of our company like
Recruitment & Executive Search
Assessment Center
Training & Development
Outplacement
-Supporting all communications between clients and consultants
-Negotiating offers and following projects
-Communication internal and external with clients and sector specialists, trainers or assessors
-Planning all marketing-strategies and sales activities
-Budgeting and forecasting sales activities and reporting regularly
Aranan Nitelikler
If you think that this line of business suits you, then you should bring along:
-3+ years of experience in HR services and sales
-Very strong communication skills, written and verbal in both Turkish and English; German would be an asset
-Advanced presentation skills
-A “can do” attitude
