You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests. The Cluster IT Specialist is responsible to provide uninterrupted service to all departments, provide technical assistance and advice to the hotel management, to assist other departments to get the best out of the hotel's Information System of Grand Hyatt İstanbul, Park Hyatt İstanbul and Hyatt House Gebze hotels.

• Ideally the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Computer Engineering,  
• Good command of English,
• Another second foreign language is relevant, 
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operations, 
• Team player and self-motivated, 
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
