BookLogic is a global leader in Hotel and Travel Technologies as well as Online Hotel Marketing Services. For our Digital Marketing Department, we are seeking Director/Manager position for managing and coordinating duties of SEO, Google Ads, Google Hotel Ads, Yandex Advertisement Optimisation as well as to SEOptimise and SEMarket hotel’s official websites and travel related websites. The best candidate has a strong SEO, Ads Optimisation and Digital Marketing background.
Job Description
• Managing on-page optimizations (metadata, keyword usage, internal linking, etc.) , offsite initiatives (link building, "widgets", social media projects, etc.) according to latest SEO strategies
• Building the SEO strategy
• Auditing websites, suggesting on landing pages, participating in site redesign and optimization process
• Collaborating with Technical and Support Team to optimize content and implement recommended SEO tactics to drive quality traffic
• Participating in website redesign, development and optimization process from scratch
• Leading SEO, web analytics and search research tools and technologies
• Researching new ideas, trends and technologies within the SEO space and educating the cross-functional team
• Reporting on weekly / monthly SEO analytics such as keyword rankings, SEO traffic, ROI and conversion data
• To carry out all online advertising operations and optimisations by performing competitor analysis, ad planning, ad setup, performance tracking and reporting of our ads in Google ad spaces within the scope of digital marketing strategies.
• Carry out the social media management activities
• Use email marketing tools to schedule weekly/monthly emails

• Advanced knowledge of English
• Üniversite Mezunu
• 4+ years of work experience required in SEO & Ads Optimisations
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and HTML knowledge
• Expertise in brand marketing, PR, SEM, digital media, and social media platforms
• Solid experience of keyword research, popular keyword tools and SEO strategies
• Excellent knowledge of Search Engine algorithms and SEO
• Ability to work with other departments and individually to drive results. Ability to lead SEO & Ads teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Social Media (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yandex, Twitter, Linkedin), Web sites banner ads and reporting management and Other Advertisement Mediums preferably in ecommerce
• Able to manage Facebook Business Manager, Facebook ads, Retargeting processes,Experienced in Digital Marketing automations, • Experienced in SEO, SEM, E-Mail Marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, blog and video marketing,
• Advanced planning and problem-solving skills,
