Responsibilities
- Proactively identify gaps in training within teams by communicating with local stakeholders, and instituting targeted interventions to drive increased efficiency and quality
- Plan, develop, adapt and implement educational programs: training, seminars, presentations
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement in training. Monitor performance and response to training
- Develop deep expertise in how the company works
- Ensure teams have timely updates and information on correct procedures
- Improve educational products by conducting workshops, individual training sessions, and creating content for the e-courses
- Be the face of new hires. Support and mentor new hires as well as employees
- Report on work progress
- Deliver, and constantly update and improve onboarding and refresher training using LMS toolsTerms
- Working in a cozy modern fully equipped space on Monday - - Friday. (Saturdays and Sundays are off)
- Reimbursement of business expenses related to job performance (business trips)
- Training at Corporate University (online courses, classroom training, master classes)

Requirements
- English level C1
- Complete higher education in pedagogy / psychology / philology
- Minimum 2+ years experience in training or education
- Experience in using modern teaching methods
- Experience in e-learning/LMS software will be highly valued
- Have a service mindset
- You love helping people
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- A great desire to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through learning and training
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently
- Constantly study and grow both as an individual and a professional
