Description: Acquisition of HR-related orders (Recruitment, Executive Search, Outplacement, IM, Testing Tools, Assessments, Training & Development, Coaching, other HR-related issues). Detailed gathering of Project Information, Delegation to Team Members with related expertise, or Delivering the HR project diligently according to our expert ISG guidelines for each business department

Business Developer Profile: You are a business developer and entrepreneurial personality, who worked in leading managerial roles in your industry. You are an enthusiastic networker, already acquainted with decision-makers in your sector, or trust yourself that you can establish the right connections. In this case, you are ideal to work in this position with esteem local and global clients. Ideally, you bring along your own established network, however, we are also evaluating career changers.

 Human Relations Expert Profile: You are a professional in the field of Human Resources with special know-how in executive search, recruitment, training & development subjects, assessment expertise, and/or certified coaching experience.

What you need: 

• Business license / Company - (can easily be established)
• Some practice groups need licenses like Coaching
• Perfect MS office and CRM Tools knowledge
• Social media knowledge is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial, extroverted compatible personality
• Representative and rhetorical competent networker
