  • Reports to and works closely with Director of Sales to achieve both personal revenue goals and the budgeted goals of the property.
  • Assists and support Director of Sales in all sales functions.
  • Actively solicits new group/catering/travel trade/weddings business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
  • Visits competitor hotels both for reader board check and competitor product knowledge.
  • Follows industry related web sites and shares relevant information with the rest of the sales team.
  • Catches the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers by different activities such as sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
  • Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for group/catering/travel trade sales opportunities.
  • Complies with hotel’s selling procedures to maximize revenue. Actively attends morning briefings.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • 4-year degree from an university in Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or other related study
  • At least 1-2 years experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasksResult driven, proactive and reliable personality
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
