Job Description

· Planning and organizing the daily, weekly,montly programme of CEO, to whom it is connected and ensure all kinds of coordination related to this
· Taking care of its work and self-responsibility, acting with the awareness of the image required by assignment and the institution represented.
· Providing of organizations for travel, meetings and hospitality of domestic and foreign guests
· Following phone, e-mail and document traffic· Providing internal and external correspondence related to activities, (e-mail, phone calls vb…),
· Providing a report to the manager, researching and examining about the issues coming with the request,

Required Skills

· Bachelor's degree from a related field,
· Min. 3 years of work experience,
· Excellent both of written and spoken English,
· Excellent knowledge MS Office applications,
· Advanced organizational skills, presentation, planning and reporting,
· High-skilled calendar management, travel scheduling,
· Proactive, flexiable and open-minded personality,
· Focused result-oriented, high follow-up and attention to details,
· Have no obstacle to travel,
· Resident in İstanbul or Kocaeli,
