We are looking for a “Executive Assistant” for our international investment company Turkey Office.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings both professional and personal,
- Coordinate business/personal travel arrangements, organizing flights, organizing daily, weekly and monthly business agenda of the executive,
- Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentation.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree,
- Minimum 3 years of ‘Executive Assistant’ experience,
- Exceptional organisational and analytical skills,
- Great level of written and spoken English,
- Advance level of MS Office applications,
- Excellent communication, planning and administrative skills,
- Ability to perform well in highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment,
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment,
- Effective time management,
- Ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organisation,
- An understanding of confidentiality issues,
- Be self-directed, take initiative and be proactive,
- High-level of attention to details and accuracy and ability to multi-task,
- Preferably able to drive actively.
