We are a leading company in automotive industry operating with several branches in Turkey. We are looking for Field Sales and Operations Manager details given below:

Job Summary :

Responsible for management of all branches.
Collaborating and socializing the company’s sales strategy while providing expertise and knowledge about field operations strategies.
Responsible for creating outstanding customer experience with same level of service at all branches.
Develop relationship with commercial partners and increase the business volume to optimal productivity.
Understanding the field needs and proactively taking action to prevent any operational failures.

Core responsibilities include but not limited to :

Achieve company goals in terms of sales, operational productivity and customer satisfaction
Hire, onboard, train and monitor field representatives
Monitor and report the operational performance of field team
Measure, analyze and communicate progress toward strategic goals
Fleet management
Cost containment

Aranan Nitelikler

4 Years University degree,
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Has driving licence, ability to travel 5-10 days in a month
Living at Istanbul Asia (preferred)
Min. 5 years of field operations experience with min. 3 years HQ managerial experience of daily Rent a Car industry
