Payroll - monthly:
Accounts payable – when requested:
Accounts receivable – when requested:
Bank – when requested:
- Gather complete data in gross values for payroll calculation
- Gather approvals for non-recurring gross amounts
- Performs payroll calculation
- Performs reconciliation from Gross to Net
- Get Finance Manager approval for payroll
- Print out/ manage employee communication in regards to payroll slips
- Provides team with payment amounts for payment purpose
- Keep active communication with company's Finance team
- Proactively provide company's finance team with latest updates on local payroll law
- HR related activities as advised by company's finance team
Accounts payable – when requested:
- Receipt of the AP invoices
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Matching the cost with the correspondent management code
- Preparing accounting records
- Enter the accounting records into the accounting system
- Set invoices up for payment
- Ensure the archiving of the documents (physically and electronically)
Accounts receivable – when requested:
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Generate and print the invoices
- Research and resolve the discrepancies
- Follow-up aged invoices
- Send the invoices to the customers (via email and by courier)
- Ensure the archiving of the documents (physically and electronically)
Bank – when requested:
- Verification and registration of banking operations
- Print and archiving the bank statements
- Check the bank statement – daily
- Others: post entries for accruals and deferrals
- Support internal and external audits
- Other financial operations as needed
Aranan Nitelikler
- Basic knowledge about accounting principles and good practice (AP/AR/ bank transactions/ billing)
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Office, excel in particular
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Good interpersonal skills, open, proactive approach and with initiative
