İş Tanımı

Responsible for all Front Desk duties such as (but not limited to) check-in, check-out, reservations, assist with concierge duties, proper cash handling, and any and all reporting required as per shift checklist.
The Resort prides itself on the level of personalized service we provide. Therefore, we expect our Front Desk Staff to maintain a high level of integrity and service and to always attend to our guests' needs in a professional manner.

  • Prepare and copy check-in Info
  • Works weekends and holidays, if scheduled
  • Print new arrival lists
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Make and confirm reservations.
  • Compute bills, collect payments, handle cash, and make change for guests.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns by conducting thorough research of the situation and determining the most effective solutions.

  • Opera and Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent engilish communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations
  • High customer service standards.Work independently and efficiently
  • Marriott work experience
