The Front Office Supervisor will plan, direct, or coordinate activities of Somerset Maslak İstanbul.
He/she will be responsible for managing the team of Front Office and making sure that the Front Desk offers a warm welcome, speedy and efficient check in and check out.

Aranan Nitelikler
- Preferably University graduate,
- Good command of the English language,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field,
- Correct dictation, communication direction is strong,
- Strong representation and persuasion skills, strong in human relations, team leadership skills,
- Prioritizing guest satisfaction, having the ability to make quick and effective decisions, high problem-solving skills,
- Taking care of his appearance and personal care,
- Able to adapt to intense work tempo and shift working hours,
- Result-oriented, problem-solving, dynamic and adaptable.
