- Develop strategic plans for expanding our business in ferro alloys and metal market in Turkey
- Prepare and review business development plans, and oversee upcoming marketing opportunities and strategies to increase workflow and productivity
- Attend industry conferences, meetings and training seminars for continual growth and development of network
- Conduct regular customer visit at their office and plants to review recent business development and keep relations and develop further
- Increase the sales and customer portfolio in ferro alloys market of Turkey
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a motivated work environment
- To be responsible of Turkey company’s all operational, managerial, financial process
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Report for the top management
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience as a related managerial role at least 10 years
- Highly experienced in ferro alloys, metal and good knowledge of steel mills and foundries
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Good sales, communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Fluent in English
