Group Sales Manager

• All incoming groups evaluate meeting and accommodation requests in the most profitable way, taking into account hotel occupancy and seasons, and complete the sale.
• Invite potential customers to the hotel and introduces all units related to the hotel in detail.
• Knowing the budget targets well and working in harmony with their superiors to achieve these targets
• Compile weekly and monthly actions plans to develop new accounts and grow incremental revenues from existing accounts.
• Periodically visit of customers to define their needs and to find potential new customers.

• Have University degree in related fields.
• At least two years’ experience in a similar position with an international hotel chain.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Team player.
• Effectively develop, implement, monitor and control sales strategies.
• Effective time management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to present ideas in a well-organized manner.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• High energy level, self-motivated, articulate and presentable.
