İş Tanımı
Reporting to the Administrative Affairs Executive of the organization, the person will be responsible for the following:
- Answer all international and domestic phone calls, transfer as appropriate and pass on messages, if required;
- Meet and greet guests to the firm;
- Schedule meetings and conference calls with both local and international participants;
- Ensure the reception area and foyer is presentable at all times;
- Liaise with printers, couriers and coordinate with various office vendors;
- Sort and distribute incoming post and courier;
- Provide support to executive assistant to maintain contacts database;
- Distribute incoming faxes;
- Order office supplies and equipment when required;
- Perform data entry and filing activities;
- Support executive assistant with additional administrative tasks, as required.
- Support with all administrative affairs needs.
Aranan Nitelikler
- The successful candidate should have min. 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- S/he should have excellent planning and organizational skills.
- The perfect candidate should be highly motivated, result oriented, creative and driven.
- The successful candidate should be able to speak English in good level.
- The perfect candidate solid understanding of the Microsoft office products.
