Scope
Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
Complete forms in accordance with hotel procedures.
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the resort is represented.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree.
One or more years housekeeping experience in a luxury lifestyle brand is preferred.
Excellent command over written and spoken both on English and Turkish.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Familiar at creating reports, summaries and other documentation.
Advanced Microsoft software knowledge
Excellent communication skills.Able to work in sliding shifts.
