Ensure that restaurant team have good knowledge of wine and food
Control on a daily basis the proper storage, aging rotation, and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom and report any problems and malfunctions
Ensures all beverage equipment and wine lists are clean and updated with correct vintage and out of stock items
Checks and monitors the service bar operations (Main service bar and restaurant bar).
Liaises with the Purchasing Manager to ensure efficient ordering and stock levels during high and low seasons (have proper inventory system in place for the cellar and review receiving / ordering procedures)
Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Food & Beverage

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or other related field
Course of study with Wine Associations (e.g.) American Sommelier Association, Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, preferable in luxury hotel/restaurant environment
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
Must be able to relate to all levels of Guests and management.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Must be able to consistently delight and satisfy our Guest
Must have very good communication skills

The Head Trainer is under the guidance of the Director of Spa & Wellness.
Responsible for, but not limited to, the overall fitness team, complimentary and private fitness programs and guest activities.
In addition, the Fitness Head Trainer is to maintain all operating aspects of all Fitness facilities within the limits of Mandarin Oriental Policies, ensures that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance are adhered to by all fitness staff. 
To provide personal assistance to any individual booking private training sessions and classes.

Continually monitor equipment usage and attendance of guests in all fitness and wellness activities and programs.
Provide professional advice, assistance and education to all guests in the fitness centre by walking the floor focusing on exercise execution, exercise safety and constant member or residents contact.
Praise, reward and encourage guests whilst they are working out where appropriate.
Promote all paid and complimentary & paid Fitness & Wellness services / classes to guests. Produce weekly schedule and liaise with all required operating departments to ensure they’re well communicated.
Perform standardised fitness evaluations and personal training programs based upon systematic and scientific conditioning principles to ensure safety and training efficiency in exercise prescription at all times.
Suggest & make enhancements to both as necessary.
Conduct in villa/suite private fitness services (on the terrace) in up-most professional manner and to adhere and follow fitness services menu.
Oversee the operation of this with all instructors.
Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Director of Spa & Wellness.

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
Fluent in Turkish and English. 
Additional languages would be beneficial

Minimum 5 years experiences in similar position ( luxury hotel experience would be beneficial )
Must posses a Yoga Instructor certificate
Must possess a good written and verbal command in the English Language
