JOB OPPORTUNITY: INSIDE SALES ENGINEER

An excellent opportunity to get involved in Project Supply and Tendering within Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Energy sectors in the Middle East and the CIS.

For our growing organization, we need INSIDE SALES ENGINEERS who would:

develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory;
establish and maintain good working relationship with customers;
analyze and evaluate technical and commercial aspects as soon as tenders, inquiries and indents are received;
prepare technical offers and commercial proposals in coordination with procurement team and logistics team;
work closely with sales team to develop best quotation strategies;
assist the procurement team in negotiation of technical and commercial issues involved in purchasing process;
manage the opportunity according to the contract process and close opportunities in line with sales plans and budgets;
manage opportunities by use of internal CRM system and maintain the CRM system on a weekly basis ensuring all pertinent information is current and correct;follow up and execute new sales orders using SAGE CRM & 300 ERP;
provide accurate and timely forecasts/ reports for area of responsibility;
evaluate the Company’s competitive environment on a continual basis and strategically evaluate potential new customers/business opportunities within the assigned territory;
set high standard of professionalism to peers and colleagues;
comply with Corporate goals, objectives and policies;
meet or exceed sales KPI (Key Performance Indicator) goals and sustain growth in assigned account base.

Required Academic Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

a Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; from BU,METU, ITU, YILDIZ, EGE and 9EYLUL (only), other applicants will not be considered.
1- to 3-year work experience in tendering, procurement or proposals activities for EPC or material supply projects for national/international Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Energy Companies;
having an extensive network and database of suppliers/contacts in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation fields;
fluency in both written and spoken English (interviews are conducted full in English);
excellent oral and written communication skills;
advanced level of MS Office tools;
experience in ERP and CRM programs;
no restrictions on travelling abroad;
willingness to learn;
successful completion of a pre-employment assessment, background check and initial training.
