JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty,
Find, Evaluate and Qualify new distributors and customers,
Follow up on customer’s orders, forecast, and respond to inquiries,
Experience in writing proposals to customers and responding to requests,
Analyze customer tenders and respond to them,
Understand and demonstrate the medical device’s product or service to the customer,
Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership,
Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates,
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification,
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action,
Achieve product and region-based sales targets in line with company strategies and targets in foreign markets,
Research and analyze foreign markets, customer trends, and competitive Dynamics,
Forecast sales for territories, increasing expected sales volume for existing and new products.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and Science, MBA is a plus,
Minumum 3-5 years of International sales experience preferably in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Life Science Industries,
Fluent in English; good communication, presentation, and writing skills,
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications,
Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills,
Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment,
Having excellent skills in problem-solving, Having excellent cross-functional and team working skills,
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability,
Military Status is completed for male candidates,
No foreign travel restrictions.
