IT OFFICER

Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications, 

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, 

Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults,

Supporting the end users’ technical problem

Setting up new users' accounts and profiles. 

University graduate, 

Having IT knowledge in fields of ; Windows, MS Office, Networking,  Hardware Knowledge on PC,

Notebook and Printers, Apple products, 

Knowledge of TCP/IP and WAN/LAN protocols, 

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to troubleshoot effectively 

Experience in Microsoft Server Operating Systems(AD,Exchange,DHCP,DNS etc.) 

Fluency in written and spoken English, 

1-2 years of work experience in a related position, 

Excellent communication skills, 

Highly self-motivated,
