An IT Shared Services Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of any IT systems hardware throughout the hotel and will be a key person supporting the IT Department to ensure the quality and delivery of any IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and following IT standards.

- Familiar with Windows X-based applications & Data Security and IT Policies.
- Ensure both a hotel and guests IT queries provide within defined standards with minimal risks.
- Ensure that standards and best practices are communicated, maintained, and measured.
- Ensure the hotel adopts and maintains brand standards for guests and business services about IT services and offerings.
- Assist in maximizing opportunities to reduce IT costs through effective purchasing & negotiating maintenance contracts.
- Assists business continuity plan is established and tested for all parts of the business.
- An excellent team player & Self-motivated and success-driven.
- Perfectly Positive approach and effective communication skills.
- Good Project Management Skills.
- Provide IT Support and Cross- Train to other Hilton hotels when required.
- Assist in 3rd parties operations management.
- Ensure Access Control is in line with stated standards and best practices.

An IT Shared Services Supervisor serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector
- Experience of all Microsoft systems
- Experience of hotel applications, such as Fidelio and Micros, preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Current technical skills and knowledge of technology
- Flexibility in working hours and travel for business
- Min.4 Years of Experience in a similar field
- Military duty completed for male candidates
- University Graduate & Good command of oral & written English
