Lead PHP Developer / Yazılım Geliştirme Takım Lideri (REMOTE)

Dceed is a growing IT solutions company with German and Turkish co-founders. Our activities focused on the fields Software Development and Consulting. We realize projects for clients in Europe, and especially in Germany.

We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer to join our remote tean. You will work on our client projects to build end-to-end functionalities, innovative solutions for their complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional team consist of product managers, engineers and designers
• Take ownership of technology, workflow and architectural design decisions
• Design, build, test scalable and easy maintainable applications with the development team
• Lead, inspire, motivate developers on your team

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5 or more years’ working experience in full web development cycle
• Proven experience as a technical team lead in an agile environment
• Several years of experience in development with PHP, preferably using Laravel
• Strong understanding of large-scale applications, big data and design patterns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in English
