Job Description

Performing the sales administration and customer support activities for his/her area to ensure customer satisfaction in line with the written procedures, guidelines, import/export regulations and working in close collaboration with the other departments to help meet the sales and profitability targets.

Accountable for :

  • Primary contact person with SSC (Shared Service Center) for order handling, coordination of pricing, master data updates in SAP in compliance with internal and external rules (incl. Service Policy) and regulations.
  • Resolution of order rejections according to the company guidelines.
  • Resolution of technical and non-technical notifications in SAP, monitoring of e-documents (e-invoice, e-archive invoice, e-delivery note)
  • Ensure order and delivery related customer relationship by phone or e-mails in a timely and accurate manner bringing support and solutions when required
  • Control the on Time and In full order delivery creation and monitor the backorders in coordination with the other supply chain departments (warehouse, S&DM, Local demand planner, Logistic referent)
  • Manage (recording, follow-up or closing) the overall supply chain complaints of the customers in collaboration with other departments (Warehouse, Transport and Customs, Finance, Quality….) processing the different issues (Dispute Cases, Notifications) in a correct manner
  • Overall management of credit notes in relation to Supply Chain area.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by participating in meetings with customers, key users, SSC or Subs to implement new processes or solve recurring issues

Required Skills

  • University degree
  • Working experience: at least 5 years of experience in a similar activity (including training period)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a similar field (biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics)
  • Fluent Turkish and English proficiency is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Business /customer oriented.
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work in an international environment
