Job Description

· Implementation of marketing strategies in line with the company goals,
· Optimization of the internal and external efficiency of the marketing team, and lead with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns;
· Developing, planning, organizing, and managing events and brand communication strategies,
· Improving and sustaining local and international marketing campaigns effectively to achieve event targets, both for exhibitors and visitors in numbers.
· Attending, both domestic and abroad, Trade Shows – Congress – etc. Events to promote our projects.
· Establishing marketing plans and reports for our large-scale trade shows, including to make market research to analyze competitors and target audience for setting the accurate visitor profiles’ identification/segmentation,
· Developing strategies and managing marketing communication plan (direct mail, e-mail marketing, advertising, website and telemarketing),
· Developing and managing the digital advertisement campaigns (such as Google AdWords, Social Media so and so forth)
· Ensuring all marketing communication activities are delivered on time and within agreed expenditure budgets,
· Having a strong collaboration with the other subsidiaries of the Company,· Liaise with other departments of the company and third parties (Sales, Stand Contractors, CRM Software Providers, and Media Companies),
· Establishing plans to support the sales team for exhibitor marketing,
· Creating new contents and managing the current ones for conventional and digital advertisement campaigns.
· Preparing and following up the processes of soft and printed promotional materials such as brochures, invitations, posters etc. for our projects with tracking the marketing team.
· Responsible for developing strong relationships with exhibitors’ marketing team members to maximize promotion opportunities, gain industry insights and improve customer care,
· Creating and developing a database for target professional visitors, trade magazines, and potential exhibitors,
· Identifying target markets, looking for new growth opportunities, and developing strategies to communicate with them,· Exploring ways of improving existing trade shows and services, and increasing profitability, following the global trends among the worldwide leading trade shows.
· Creating contents and following up processes for developing special event zones, special event activity program etc. on each exhibition individually.
· Managing relationships with agencies, associations and public institutions.

Required Skills

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who have the following qualifications to join our team;

· University degree in Business Administration or related fields,
· +5 years of related marketing and supervisory experience in fairs organizations,
· Strong team player with team leadership skills,· Experience in planning and implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring, analyzing market trends
· Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both written and spoken (German will be considered as a plus),
· Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills,· Proficiency in MS Office applications,
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities,
· Ability to negotiate, budget and manage costs effectively with third parties (such as event partnerships so and so forth)· Effective time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, to work well under pressure and to cope with flexible working hours,
· Professional, dependable, solid work ethic, self-motivated, dedicated,
· Having solid analytical skills, being detail and results-oriented,
· Having good skills in briefing and writing press releases, post show reports, concepting and design direction of advertising, brochures and other supporting sales materials,
· Having a “B” class driving license and no restriction to travel abroad.
