Medical Help Turkey is looking for Medical Tourism Sales Specialists that communicate fluently in English language to join its sales team in Istanbul.

You will be expected to:

- deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,
- contact with inquiries via email, phone, instant messaging or online chat,
- understand patient's needs correctly and empathically,
- prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,
- assist patients in tele-consultations,
- deliver an excellent customer service,
- achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries.

You are the right candidate for this position, if you:
- are native English speaker or fluent in written and spoken English
- another language is a plus (German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic)
- have excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- are a good listener and able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online,
- are proficient in MS Office applications,
- have great organizational skills and persistence,
- have great attention to detail,
- are passionate, enthusiastic and sales-driven,
- are proactive and able to take initiative.
