Bina projeleri uzerinde mekanik sistemlerin koordinasyonu uzerinde calisacak mimar ve insaat muhendisleri ariyoruz. Pozisyon uzaktan calisma odakli oldugu icin, adayin autocad ve turevlerini sorunsuz/hizli calistirabilen bilgisayari olmasi gerekmektedir.

We are currently looking to fill a remote, full-time position in our BIM/VDC department for our international building projects. The candidate will implement BIM technologies to assist in the construction coordination process. Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, enjoy working in a REMOTE and fast-paced innovative environment.Since this is a remote position, candidate can be located or living anywhere as long as the tasks are being completed as required.

Daily tasks include:

1) Translate engineered construction documents and specifications into 3-dimensional objects/shop-drawings.
2) Model and coordinate MEP trade shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sprinkler) using Autodesk AutoCAD & Fabrication CadMEP.
3) Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks.
4) Collaborate with project managers and field superintendents to translate ideas into construction shop drawings.
5) Manage multiple jobs and deadlines.

1. Required Skills and Qualifications:
2. 1) Knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD, Fabrication CadMEP and Navisworks.
3. 2) Ability to read and understand the construction documents, knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures.
4. 3) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. 4) Highly developed understanding of construction documents and specifications.
6. 5) BIM knowledge and interest in working with construction technology.
7. 6) Previous construction/architecture experience is a plus.Experience requirement: New Grad or 0-3 years of experience in building design/construction.Please also attach your transcript along with your resume.
