Native English Speaker and Arabic&Russian Speaker Property Sales Consultant

The company is a leading real estate consultancy headquartered in London, UK with offices in various parts of Turkey, including Istanbul, Bodrum, Fethiye, Kalkan, Antalya. Our client base is predominantly foreign investors looking for lifestyle and investment properties.


We are currently recruiting experienced sales consultants based in Antalya Office , to serve our global markets. This is a challenging role, however, it is highly rewarding at the same time.

Successful candidates will be part of an existing tele-sales team. Real estate sales experience or similar sales experience in a consultative sales environment is essential.
We are looking for highly experienced sales consultants. Ability to build close relationships with clients and experience in tele-sales and marketing as well as face to face sales closure are necessary skills. Prior experience in highly driven consultative-sales environments, in depth knowledge of Turkey and investment appraisal methods would be a plus, however in house training will be given.


Your key responsibilities will include identifying and meeting our clients’ requirements and assisting them in finding their ideal home and investment in Turkey. Keeping good record of your communications, updating your knowledge on our products and market dynamics, building a good rapport with clients for creating future business are important skills needed for this position.

We are offering a basic salary and uncapped commission to successful candidates. The following are must have attributes for this position 

• Fluent English (Must Native Speaker )

• Fluent Russian
• International work experience and exposure in a native English speaking country
• Consultative sales approach and experience
