Job Description

Our company is looking for an Office Assistant  to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our Göcek -office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. Please send CV's in english.

-negotiate prices for office supplies and suppliers
-Handling incoming calls and other communicationsorder and oversee deliveries of goods and services-oversee the management of the office in all respects (cleaning, supplies, stationary, post etc)-manage multiple diaries 
-Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
-Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
-Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
-organise efficient and practical travel options and book 
-Experience as a virtual assistant.
-scanning filing meet and greet clients and suppliers
-liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner
-implement and oversee online client feedback tool
-manage other office staff and suppliers
-assist the senior staff generally
-Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
-Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
-Provide general administrative support
-Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

Required Skills

-Turkish and English communication skills, Russian Language is a plus
-Extremely organised and process driven Energetic , positive attitude 
-Thorough-perfectionist
-friendly and outgoing independent and does not need to be micro managed in all matters
-Ability to work independently with limited supervision
-Multi task-oriented by having good organization and planning skills.
-Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
-A proactive approach to problem
-solving with strong decision-making skills
-High school diploma or associate’s degree.
