To be assigned in the Operation Support-Tooling department;
- Performing the all aspects of the verification of tooling for all engine models consistent with the current business plan and performs engine overhaul commitments are met,
- Performing manufacturing and repairing of kit carts,
- Supporting Purchasing of kit cart’s tubes, wheels, bolts, fittings,
- Supporting purchasing of toolbox foams,
- Performing operating of CNC Router machine and CNC Router machine maintenance checks,
- Performs tool figure cutting layout,
- Performs programming of CNC Router machine,
- Ensuring compliance with all company, customer and regulatory policies and procedures,
- Performs verification of tooling the meeting production schedule for all work,
- Support the tooling of the engine centre, tool receiving, tool repair, tool purchase and training coordinating,
- Performing as an ACE Pilot and TPM Coordinator,
- Performing Purchasing requests,
- Preparation of authorization documents,
- Support Continuous Improvement activities within the department.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Graduation of Mechatronics, Plumbing, Mechanical or Electric section from Civil Aviation High School, Vocational High School or Civil Aviation College,
- Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacture or inspection of aviation tooling , CNC machine programming and operating, Advanced level of understanding Civil Aviation Regulations (Part145, Far43/145 Etc),
- To be customer oriented,
- Excellent skills of communication,
- Excellent skills of solving problem,
- Completed military service for male applicants,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Be able to use office programs,
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
