We are looking for a new colleague “Presales & Support Engineer” for our Turkiye Office.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering or related field
  
  
• Hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting IP/MPLS, Network routing, Network switching, and Cyber Security technologies for a Service Provider environment in a lab or production network.
  
  
• High-level knowledge of Network hardware and software.
  
  
• Experience with Cisco, Fortigate, Sophos Unifi, Mikrotik networking and security solutions ((switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-fi’s and hotspots)
  
  
• Ability to understand end-to-end systems and solve issues
  
  
• Ability to comprehend complex system architectures and collaborate with others to create approaches to solve the problem or improve the service quality.
  
  
• For male candidate completion of military service.
  
  
• Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  
  
• Living in İstanbul.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day monitoring, analysis, control of operation of the customers wideband and narrowband satellite communications services.
  
  
• Manage customers problem as interface for Global Support team.
  
  
• Project management of new installations by coordinating Field installers and groups solutions team.
  
  
• Remote control and management of on board equipment, Satellite Antennas, Modems, Routers, Firewall, Switch and Wi-fi APs.
  
  
• Prepare Cyber Security plans and reports for the customers networks.
